Buying or selling real estate is a very personal venture and requires putting tremendous trust in your real estate agent. It can be difficult to find an agent that is a diamond in the rough amongst all the choices. Who do you choose to trust with your life goals, your savings, your family's needs and peace of mind? Just having a real estate license is not enough. It really boils down to that gut feeling you get when you meet someone and just know that person is the right representation for you not only because his or her background credentials are over and above the average real estate agent's, but also because you can tell that you finally found somebody who cares enough about your needs to do whatever it takes to turn your goals into a reality.

I am honored that my clients have chosen me to represent them in what is, for most people, the largest single transaction they will make in their lifetime. Their trust in me is based in part on my background which has led me to my chosen career as a real estate agent. It makes me particularly effective not just at negotiating the sale but also at helping me best serve my clients based on their specific personal needs. My most valuable experience has come from 8 years of construction management. During this time I studied architectural and structural design and engineering while in my role as a project manager. That experience has proved to be invaluable while evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of properties as they relate to my clients needs and in determining property pricing. My previous coursework in law and my past experience with global real estate investment and consultative sales has been vital in evaluating and negotiating contracts for my clients.

I started my own company, the MVMGR Group and focused the business on consulting individuals in their real estate and investment needs (buy, sell, lease, rent), and also provide relocation services and commercial leases for companies.

I have the background to be good at what I do, but what makes me great at my job is my dedication to providing my clients with exceptional service. This business is all about you. As your real estate agent, I never lose sight of that fact.
